When you use VisaGigs we collect your name, email address and the product details you enter (description, website, competitors and keywords). We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and IP address to keep the service secure.

2. Public posts we monitor

To find leads we process conversations that are publicly available online, accessed only through permitted means. We store only what is needed to show a lead: the post text, a link to it, and the author's public handle. We never collect email addresses or phone numbers from posts, and we delete posts when their source tells us they were removed.

3. How we use your data

Your information is used to match public posts to your product, show you leads, send the alerts and digests you turn on, and keep the platform secure. Product descriptions and posts are sent to AI providers solely to score buying intent.
